CRAFT2INSPIRE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
Established this successful social enterprise with passion to support Vietnamese ethnic minority women improve their livelihood by restructuring, providing ethnic handicrafts groups market-oriented production guides and finding markets for their products. Collaborated with co-operatives chairmen in securing the application of oriented production procedure. Defined strategy all core business functions including community development, product development, quality, sales and marketing along with partnership and sponsorship relations.
- Approached and reshuffled 3 local ethnic handicraft co-operatives, providing them solutions to optimize operational performance leveraging their strengths in harmony with disadvantages regarding living areas and culture. Helped improve monthly income for the total of xxx ethnic women in the Northwest of Vietnam on average from 300.000 VND to 800.000 VND
- Created stable domestic distribution channels for ethnic handicrafts that brought annual revenue of xxx million.
- Assessed exporting market (America and Japan) to increase the company revenue from exporting up to xxxx million in 2014.
