Sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, scheduling, all incoming associates. Successfully started and ran the Boomerang (rehireable candidates to come back to work for us) and WOTC (Tax Credit Program) within the organization saving the company money, and the time for management. Began implementing the process of the AAP, ADA and EFCCP within the first 3 months of hire. Filled all open orders throughout the country within a short period of time, and placed associates at a 1-3 ratio from interview to hire. Open position were both hourly and management.
