  • Create, manage and evaluate Provincial training initiatives such as the Emergency Expansion Training Program, Personal Videoconferencing, Telehomecare Centre for Best Practices and the Telemedicine Nurse eLearning Curriculum.
  • Deliver bilingual live training sessions for healthcare professionals across Ontario on the educational and clinical uses of videoconferencing equipment.
  • Create online multimedia training resources using Camtasia, Photoshop, Captivate, Flash, HTML5 and AVID Video Editing software.
  • Update and maintain training budgets, policies, curriculums and strategies, and manage staff of 4 trainers and multimedia developers.
