Our efforts eventually landed us the Pacific Northwest Silver Medallion Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing. Responsible for all Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Facilities, Shipping, Warranty, and Tooling operations for 5 product lines (spas, barbecues, outdoor fireplaces, saunas, and gazebos). Stabilized and turned around manufacturing operations in short order.

Responsible for all Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Facilities, Shipping, Customer Relations, Order Entry, Parts, Service, Warranty, and Tooling operations. Introduced Lean Manufacturing to plant, resulting in dramatic reductions in lead times and defects, increase of space and productivity. Subsequently introduced the same principles into the Supply Chain and Office, with similar results. Winner, 2007 Pacific Northwest Silver Medallion Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing.
