  • Hired, trained and mobilized 150 employees in 3 months. Unified this geographically dispersed region through goal setting, value setting and team-building events.
  • Oversaw the recruitment, enrollment and program completion of 500 students. The Charter School programs averaged 16% academic growth in 6 weeks; the program average was 8%.
  • Shifted student program start up from a two-month wait to two weeks. Oversaw completion of monthly invoices to ensure fiscal and program reporting. Development of assessment tools to measure achievement in various program areas. Headed workshops to improve professional development and developed protocols to ensure program quality.

  • Implemented the operational backbone for a start-up program. Led the change strategy, process and training. Coordinated across client and development teams to resolve issues and finalize requirements. Developed the communication strategy.
