Hrish Lotlikar currently serves as a Managing Partner of EastLabs, a venture capital seed accelerator fund based in Kyiv, Ukraine. As a member of the team, Mr. Lotlikar is responsible for finding new startups, developing ties within the worldwide venture capital community, and acting in an advisory capacity for startups. He is a member of the company’s founding management team. Hrish Lotlikar also founded The Wall Street Program in 2005. The company was formed to assist those who are interested in pursuing a career in investment banking by providing training in financial modeling, career strategy, and interview preparation. Previously, Mr. Lotlikar worked at New York City-based Spencer Trask Ventures. As a Vice President in venture capital, Mr. Lotlikar worked with early stage companies in internet, biotech and tech. Before this, Hrish Lotlikar was a Senior Associate with HSBC Securities in Global Investment Banking Advisory/M&A in the Healthcare group. Prior to that, Mr. Lotlikar was an Associate at UBS Investment Bank in investment banking. Hrish Lotlikar began his career as an Associate with Aon/Hewitt Associates in the Global Business Development Group. Hrishikesh Lotlikar earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University and his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois.
