Erin Dormedy

Dr. Erin Dormedy, Associate Professor and Director of the Food Science Program, joined faculty in 1999.


I have experienced  the related Food Science lab practice and volunteered as a food servicer in food industry. I'm active in Food Science fairs, for participate in competition bowl and funding fair. I was transfered from China and have been a teacher assistant over there, so I have good understanding on China's food processing and education.


To obtain an entry level position with room for development and growth within your company. The position was demonstrated skills in Food industry.


I m interested in reading, doing outdoor athletics. I like learn about different stuff.
