Whether a contract hire or a staff member, Darrin LaViolette has demonstrated his aptitude for all aspects of his work, including hiring and managing subcontractors, performing scheduling, ensuring compliance, and furnishing on-site engineering. At the beginning of his career, Darrin LaViolette spent 10 years in piping design and worked with engineering firms as well as in the field. In 2000, Darrin LaViolette became a Project Manager/Construction Manager at Colt Engineering Corporation, where he handled facility engineering and site construction for several projects belonging to the Talisman field office. From Colt Engineering Corporation, Darrin LaViolette transitioned to a staff position as Project Manager with Triton Projects Inc. From July 2002 to December 2003, Darrin LaViolette oversaw construction projects in the $100K to the $10M range. Over the following years, Darrin LaViolette was a valued contributor to companies like Jacobs Canada Inc., where he managed constructability on projects worth $100M to $6B. From March 2009 to December 2009, Darrin LaViolette held his most recent role as a Project Manager for Pacer Corporation Ltd. Darrin LaViolette attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary, Alberta, and is certified in Process Piping Drafting. In his spare time, Darrin LaViolette enjoys a number of hobbies, from quadding and snowmobiling to collecting paintings and watching movies.
