Prepared agendas and recorded minutes for Management meetings, Feasibility Study Team meetings and Client Information meetings.

Directed administrative and project support efforts.Conducted in-depth business development research and complied the results for review by proposal team.Developed presentation and scheduled all Executive Level meetings and travel.

Collected and analyzed data for monthly, quarterly and final reports to ensure presentations to all levels of Management were accurate and in compliance with all ISO Standards.

Project responsibilities included, but not limited to: Setting up deliverables (drawings, specifications, reports, manuals, etc.), databases with budget hours and progress measurement systems, doubling, logging and distribution of all deliverables, progress reporting each week or as required against deliverables and project close-out/archiving.

Gathered, complied and reviewed Technical Specification Documents for various departments that were directly or indirectly involved, in our Feasibility Study.

Internal and external data channeled through me, I reviewed each document for accuracy, than converted it to the correct format prior to uploading into ProLog.

Successfully "turned the library around", which included Folders, Sub-folders, indexing and cross-referencing all materials, including assisting with writing and implementing Operating Procedures.

Further important responsibilities included liaison with the client to ensure timely delivery of all materials requiring hand-over and hand-over format, which I completed on or ahead of time.

The Fraser Mine Project was a substantial undertaking where time was of the essence; therefore, excellent organizational skills, combined with the ability to prioritize and track work schedules, was crucial.

Prepared bi-weekly time, expense and travel reports, managed invoicing and billing process; ensuring they were coded to the correct GL accounts.

Prepared agendas, presentations and recorded minutes for Management meetings.

Researched and initiated a complex tracking system for all accounts payable for various ongoing projects that were over budget.Due to this discovery we were able to recap funds from invoices that were paid multiple times.

  • Compose and coordinate media coverage.
  • Actively participate in all events pertaining to the Sudbury Basin Potters.
  • Coordinated volunteers, committees, donations, advertisement, press releases and chef’s for our annual "Soups On" event that is our annual fundraiser. Proceeds going to the Church of the Epiphany, Sudbury’s Soup Kitchen and the Sudbury Basin Potters.
