I work with Senior Finance Leaders at Fortune 500 Companies to help them understand and interpret performance metrics and best practices and how they can drive performance improvement in their companies. My professional experience, while quite varied, has consistently focused on helping senior executives improve the way they do business. Prior to joining The Hackett Group I worked with companies across the United States develop their employee base for the future by hiring Junior Military Officers and Technicians. This involved highly conceptual sales, consulting, account management, and strategy to allow the companies I work with to hire the leaders of their future.

Senior Account Executive
Lucas Group is one of the largest non-franchised recruiting firms in the country. I work in our military division, which is responsible for placing more than 1,000 officers and enlisted military candidates into positions across the country. As a client-side recruiter, I am responsible for identifying and making a highly conceptual sale of the “military candidate” to mid and senior level executives in companies across the country. The companies I work with range from small, single location businesses to large multi-national firms. Crucial to my success is understanding my client’s needs in hiring a new employee. I must identify, not just what the job description details, but also the intangibles that will make a candidate a long-term success within the company. I am both a consultant and guide to my clients as they seek to understand the job market and effectively recruit the candidates they desire. I seek to develop a successful long-term partnership with my clients.

InfoVentures of Atlanta
InfoVentures of Atlanta was a joint venture between two of Atlantas largest corporations; BellSouth and Cox Enterprises. This venture was responsible for bringing Interactive Voice Applications to the large percentage of the population without Internet access. Serving both our corporate parents as well as external clients like Reebok, Mohawk Carpets and the Newspaper Association of America, I was responsible for managing projects throughout their complete life cycle. This included initial project design and resource allocation, monitoring and testing of applications during development, real world operations, and reporting and results analysis back to our clients.
