About Howard D. Rosen

Howard D. Rosen completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami. He graduated magna cum laude and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting. Howard D. Rosen continued his education at the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was second in his class. He attended the University of Miami on the prestigious Reid scholarship.

Rated "AV Preeminent," Rosen is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He practices law in Miami, Florida, at Donlevy-Rosen & Rosen, PA, where he is a shareholder. Admitted to practice law since 1974, Howard D. Rosen has experience in disciplines ranging from estate planning and taxation to asset protection. In particular, he focuses on cases related to advanced asset protection planning.

Over the course of his career, Howard D. Rosen has shared his extensive knowledge with many others. He authored Asset Protection Planning, a research text renowned among his peers, and co-authored U.S. Taxation of Foreign Estates, Trusts and Beneficiaries, published in 2008. Professional and educational organizations frequently call upon him to lecture on his areas of expertise. He returned to the University of Miami School of Law as an adjunct professor from 1991 through 2010.
