Accomplishments: Developed business with large local clients as well as project management roles including creating new product demo, website redesign and structuring, presented to potential investors and acting as company spokesperson.

Main Responsibilities: Maintain customer relations and ensuring products are delivered ontime and to customer specs.  Daily activities include handling RFQ, re-quotes, receiving PO, entering sales orders, ensure documentation has correct files and revs updated, engineering has proper gerber files and instructions, P&L analysis, purchasing are securing the correct parts and production is delivering quality products on time. Apex-Micro is a contract manufacturing electronics assembly facility.


  • Refocus on high margin, high volume customers while keeping second tier customers in the production pipeline to mantain corporate branding in  industry.
  • Prioritize and coordinate delivery schedules with customers concerning Engineering Change Requests.

Main Responsibilities: As Marketing Director, duties included product planning, business development, creating strategic partnerships, customer relations, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, and government relations.  Arrow Display manufactures electro glass panels and color filters which are two major components in the assembly of LCD monitors; customers are mainly LCD manufacturers such as Samsung.

Accomplishments: Finishing phase I of the new manufacturing plant and gaining local government approval on following phases.

Main Responsibilities : Working with the IC Design team to identify and define product positioning, coordinating product from conceptual design to wafer and IC production, packaging and market testing.  Duties included working with Hong Kong IPO process of presentations to fund managers, investor relations, Chinese Securities Regulation Authorities, and legal Q&A sessions. Responsibilities include sales and marketing, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, procurement and quality control departments.


  • Increased sales from 15million USD/year to over 28million USD/year and also gaining over 80% of the watch integrated circuits market share and eliminating our Russian and Chinese competitors.
  • Delivered road show and financial presentations to Investment Funds, Private Equity Managers and Individual Investors.
