As a highly motivated and results oriented professional within the luxury tourism and hospitality I have a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of service to a broad range of guests including VIPs and high-profile business representatives.

While studying on international level in UK and Denmark I have also undertaken internship placements within leading event organisations such as The World Music Expo and BASS. These placements have enabled me to gain not only specific service industry experience, but also a valuable and transferable skill set in this fast-paced sector.

Having worked for various tourism and hospitality establishments I gained hands on experience in front desk administration, three rosette and michelin star restaurant service, event management and bar management. Utilising excellent communication and leadership skills I contributed to winning awards in excellence while maintaining successful working relations with both staff and hotel guests.

After being invited to become a founding member of the International Luxury Hotel Association and helping a startup gain traction ( I am looking to continue collaborating with companies and individuals looking to drive the travel, hospitality and events industry forward.

Helped Improve internal audit scores for the Events Department by 12% in the first three months of employment. Part of the team which won Hotel of the Year at the Bristol Lifestyle Awards 2017 and Europe's Boutique Hotel of the Year 2017 by Luxury Travel Guide.
