Responsible for managing all banquets and events in the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Helping to optimise sales and ensure staffing levels meet demand while complying with all regulations and legislation. Helped Improve internal audit scores for the Events Department by 12% in the first three months of employment. Part of the team which won Hotel of the Year at the Bristol Lifestyle Awards 2017 and Europe's Boutique Hotel of the Year 2017 by Luxury Travel Guide. Awarded a Highly Commended award from the Bristol and Somerset Wedding Awards 2018.
