Additional responsibilities included being a member of the National Field Trainers group and local District Field Trainer.

Promoted a full portfolio of products with sales promotional activity aimed at Primary Care, Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialties.Responsibilities included sales planning and organization in the highly competitive markets surrounding Medical Centers, Teaching Institution, Hospitals, Pharmacy County Health Clinics and Planned Parenthood clinics. Assignments include working local and national conventions and setting up display exhibits for many physician organizations.
·Successfully grew Triphasil market share to a 13 share in an already very crowded and competitive oral contraceptive market while growing Premarin market share consistently. As a result nominated for the Presidents Golden Circle Award for attainment of a sales ranking of 9 out of 86 representatives.
·Launched the Norplant System. This system required B2B sales experience gaining agreement and provider training on how to use and insert the Norplant System capsules.Sales resulted in an overall Ranking of 26 out of 86 representatives in 1992.
