Have extensive experience setting up websites and modifying code for opensource applications such as Wordpress and Joomla.  Have used tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver to manage and modify websites.  Can be dangerous around code and not affraid to get my hands dirty.  This skill allows me to work seamlessly with technical teams developing small to large-scale web sites.
