Negotiated and managed co-marketing deals with key entertainment and software industry partners. Managed all deal aspects (negotiation, legal, PR and execution of marketing campaigns)

  • Skillfully negotiated and managed multi-million dollar, cross licensing, advertising and technology deal between Intel, DreamWorks and Atari around theatrical film and PC game in order to drive PC sales; as direct result of my involvement, goals of the deals were achieved and overall cost reduced by 50%.

  • Increased Intel's brand awareness in the gaming community by negotiating and managing a marketing/development deal with Disney Interactive around the re-launch of the video game Tron.

  • Renegotiated a pre-existing multi-million dollar deal with Excite.com and significantly reduced Intel's financial exposure in an unfavorable agreement.
  • Negotiated revenue/ad share deal with Lycos.com tied to Intel's online photo-sharing software.
  • Supported Intel Capital's equity investment in Myfamily.com by conducting the due diligence.

Directed operations with million dollar annual budget with staff of 3, and strategy for an exclusive media lab joint-venture between Intel and Creative Artist Agency (CAA) to evangelize PC and Internet technologies to the Hollywood community

  • Managed acquisition of leading edge Internet and interactive TV technologies and established key partnerships in the media ecosystem in order to demonstrate online business opportunities to over 100 entertainment Executives.
  • Delivered Hollywood-media content for Intel's demand generation activities by negotiating deals with top entertainment websites such as Sony(S.O.E.), Disney Online, Hollywood.com, and E!Online.

Web Development (HTML/PHP)

Have extensive experience setting up websites and modifying code for opensource applications such as Wordpress and Joomla.  Have used tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver to manage and modify websites.  Can be dangerous around code and not affraid to get my hands dirty.  This skill allows me to work seamlessly with technical teams developing small to large-scale web sites.
