About Me

As a result of my experience working within the RPO business unit with my current employer, I have learned many valuable lessons. I can succinctly say that success within the current RPO landscape relies heavily upon one’s ability to combine instinctive action and deliberate problem solving to maximize client satisfaction while generating revenue at acceptable margins.Consistent with this philosophy, I feel very confident in my ability to offer a blend of personal, professional and goal oriented characteristics consistent with my team’s mission and vision. I hold myself to a very high standard of integrity and professionalism as a world class provider of Talent Management solutions.

The trajectory of my career owes itself directly to hands-on execution of sales activity of varying degrees of complexity. From this, I confidently offer a level professional experience steeped in the creation and maintenance of RPO and Talent Management engagements that promote a positive external image based on the collaborative execution of my employer’s mission and vision. I find it very easy to approach such opportunities from a personal and professional standpoint, as I hold the virtues of corporate and personal integrity in very high regard.

The scope of my experience includes the development of marketing initiatives for a unique online service offering, contingent recruiting, executive search and most recently the delivery of full life cycle RPO engagements. In each of these roles, my charter required an expert level understanding of the competitive challenges, environmental factors, industry trends, the economic variables and competitive challenges required to establish “best in class” products and services.

My RPO experience includes successful execution of global RPO engagements with Fortune 500 companies. The teams I have worked with on these projects were (and are) comprised of exceptional individuals who demonstrated an adept ability to understand the importance of planning, teamwork, coordination and ambition. I like to think I played a part in evolving each team's culture and direction.My current tenure also includes the execution of an award winning, large-scale, time sensitive consolidation project with a global provider of non-qualified executive benefits. I have also served individual clients on retained search engagements which targeted very unique skill sets within niche markets.I am currently pursuing my MBA with a dual focus in Project Management and Human Resource Management. My industry knowledge continues to grow based on the combination of my professional, personal and educational endeavors. My goal upon completion is to serve in a project oriented role, similar to the one I am in now, where I assist companies in implementing complex recruiting and talent management strategies.
