Accountable for global advertising, branding and support material, new product launch marketing, Web site development and content, media buying and placement, and budget for marketing.

  • Responsible for cultivating company’s brand identity through all marketing channels. Administrated company’s brand identity guide, ensuring a consistent look and feel.
  • Project manager tasked to plan, develop and produce strategic collateral materials and promotional pieces for multiple departments of the company—sales, government business, special mission, aftermarket customer support, HR and legal—in addition to corporate materials. These included brochures, flyers, direct mail, sales letters, e-mail blasts and invitations.
  • Elevated first impressions and generated leads for sales by coordinating large-scale brand overhaul for aircraft products and incentive programs to differentiate from competitors; achieved 86% increase in hand-raiser leads within six months.
  • Coordinated ad creative development and media placement on local, national and international levels. Negotiated and purchased media buying in top-tier business, lifestyle, luxury, aviation trade and military/defense publications. Developed advertising schedules and received advertising sales inquiries.

  • Administered a global PR strategic plan to receive continuing editorial content in trade, business and lifestyle publications and media. Achieved 200% annual increase in publication cover stories generated and 153% annual increase in positive media coverage.
  • Wrote more than 100 external news releases in one year and managed distribution to local, national and international media and investors.  Organized and drafted additional external communications including earnings calls, business updates, presentations and media statements. 
  • Organized the scheduling and staffing of media interviews. Wrote Q&A/speaking points for senior leadership members for top-tier publication interviews, including Forbes, ForbesLife, Elite Traveler and Robb Report.
  • Worked with journalists on daily basis and managed photography and data supplementation for articles. Coordinated flight reviews, journalist visits, demonstrations and photo shoots for cover stories in domestic and international publications including Fortune, Flight International, Aviation International News, AOPA Pilot and Flying Magazine.
