I am 23 years old and a fully trained professional Dance graduate.  I am loyal, committed with an excellent work ethic and always keen to broaden my experiences and repertoire.

I am a versatile performer keen to work with dancers and combine techniques in jazz, contemporary, tap, ballet and acrobatics. I am also highly experienced in teaching dance and working with children and adults of all ages. 

I am reliable and dependable with high personal standards and I always give attention to detail. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done, adhering to deadlines and targets and managing time extremely well.

I possess a number of qualities needed by a dancer which include;

  • Can work solo or as part of a group.
  • High level of technical proficiency, physical ability, and physical fitness.
  • Excellent ability to coordinate body movements. 
  • Physical fit with good stamina.
  • Possessing a naturally flexible body.
  • Knowledge of modern, acrobatic and classical dance styles.
  • Able to follow instructions and can adapt easily

Performance Experience

AUGUST 2015 - Performed at Billingham Folklore Festival

Represented the UK in the International folklore festival – learned choreography in 3 sessions before performing for a large international audience.

FEBRUARY - MARCH 2015 - Performed with Fertile Ground Contemporary Dance Company - touring work created by Eleesha Drennan and Tom Dale.

AUGUST 2012 - Performed with Keneish Dance (VIGOUR)

Performance opportunity with choreographer/director Keisha Grant and performed in the curtain raiser for their debut performance at The Arc, Stockton.

Screen dance festival which was founded in 2014 as part of my BA (Hons) degree and took place in Middlesbrough Centre Square featuring short dance films from film makers all over the world.

Due to the success Tees Dance Film Fest also screened films at Billingham International Folklore Festival in August 2014 and will also be hosting an event in May 2015 at MIMA.

Toured and performed around the North East of England with Fertile Ground - a postgraduate contemporary dance company.

During this time I performed work choreographed by Tom Dale 'A New Chimera' and Eleesha Drennan 'Shields of Bone' 

I also taught workshops within schools and colleges around the North East, teaching the students contemporary dance technique and also teaching them company repertoire.
