Marketing & Creativity

Creativity is my learning I believe…  Creativity is necessary to our health, our careers and our relationships. Without creativity business stagnates, relationships die and our health can suffer. Creativity helps us feel alive, generates needed ideas for industries and releases stress. I believe that the key to marketing is to delight our customers, clients, co-workers, friends, family, etc... Marketing is not just about selling; it’s about building lasting relationships. The companies and individuals, who stand out in the marketplace or in life, are the individuals who consistently bring delight to others. Marketing is not an event, but a process . . . It has a beginning, a middle, but never an end, for it is a process. I can improve it, perfect it, change it, even pause it. But I can never stop it completely.

Staff Motivation

A highly motivated staff which achieves its goals is a dream for any employer. But this magic does not happen by itself. It takes a dedicated business owner to motivate the staff   Better motivated staff always equals a higher productivity, which in turn means higher profits. A retailer has to employ just a little bit of creativity and thought in letting his staff know that they are valued. This projects the manager as a choice leader and allows salespeople to feel their contributions as important for the organisation.   I have got confident that I can motivate my staff  to achieve employer goal..
