- Role, cut, and shape dough and related products preparatory to baking.
- Place bread in pans, molds or on sheets and bake in oven.
- Read and follow recipes and other instructions.
- Prepare cookie batter.
- Operate cutters, mixers, and oven machinery.
- Use scale to check weights.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Bake a variety of breads, cookies, brownies, bagels.
