·Identify and evaluate key opportunities for NASCAR growing Hispanic and youth marketing needs and implement innovative solutions through strategic focus, effective management, sponsorships, advertising, & publicity.
·Research and develop sponsorship opportunities and new revenue streams that adhere to NASCAR Hispanic and youth event sales goals and NASCAR brand image, company philosophy and mission statement.
·Evaluate current marketing plans to penetrate Hispanic and youth markets and drive sales for current and future events.
·Develop and implement Hispanic and youth grassroots event strategy with NASCAR's key partners andactively grow a new fan base through various partner programs and communications.
·Responsible for coordinating, assisting in the recruiting and placement of minorities and female drivers and crew members with establish NASCAR teams.
·Manage the relationship with partner agency in the execution of NASCAR Drive for Diversity initiative.
·Recruit, develop and manage relationships with program sponsors.
·Develop, establish, implement, and enforce supplier and outsource guidelines, obligations, and service level agreements to the organization.
·Develop and implement all purchasing policies and procedures, in conjunction with departments’ leads and department specific requirements.
·Interview, identify, and qualify potential new vendors or suppliers in order to secure more cost-effective sources of products and services.
·Develop and deliver purchasing and inventory reports, bid proposals, requirements documentation and tender documents.
·Define purchasing recommendations that support business goals, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
·Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of sale and warrantees of goods and products with key suppliers and vendors.
·Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of contracts and/ or services providers.
·Draft and submit budget proposals and recommended subsequent budget changes as needed.
·Direct and manage sourcing strategies from beginning to end.
·Monitor vendor, service provider, outsourcer, and/or contractor performance to ensure quality of service.
·Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with organization’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent sourcing activities.
