• P&L Management

Led the delivery of Mobile Data Services P&L, supported 2013 budget and 5YP from a data perspective, reported on Data Monetisation KPIs (ARPU, AUPU, yield, network cost, services adoption) at a Board level and Regulatory level (Ofcom) and influenced new tariffs and data propositions (including 4GEE)

Translated the market and consumer insight trends and strategic long-term priorities for EE (5YP targets) into a Data Monetisation marketing plan, incorporating key product performance and customer experience improvement initiatives to support the growth of data revenues
