Started immediately after graduated South Lake High School in Clermont, Florida. I received a College Prep High School w/ a focus on Business Management .
Decided that I was interested in attending college to acquire a Registered Nursing Degree after many hours/days of debating. After year and half in the program I realized that I did not have a belief as many of the Doctors and high ranking hospital staff. One of the major disagreements between myself (RN in training) and most of the hospital staff, is the adamancecy that any problems arising from any patient and occurs in the hospital or is the hospitals' fault is either hidden within the patients chart. As per my experience most problems or accidents are hidden to decrease or even falsely clear many Doctors.
The last straw for me was that these Doctors have no guilt that the employee who the Doctor decided to blame for their mistakes are the Nurses and as I was told, not only are they blamed but have seen many Nurses to take the rap and I have even seen some Registered Nurses bullied into taking the blame, not knowing that most of consequences deem that the guilty party is Fired.
I actually loved the interaction with the patients but when my job is in danger everyday due to no fault of my own. I decided that becoming a Registered Nurse wasn't as honest employment as I thought and decided to leave the program without thinking twice.
