  • “New business is only done one way — your clients have to have total trust in your abilities to provide them with the product or services you provide to them. Past performance, repeat clientele, reputation, as well as how you respond to resolve issues that arise, are all key elements. You have to be able to convince a prospective client that you are dedicated to the success of their needs. Being honest at all costs is the only way to ensure absolute trust.”
