I am looking for a position that would allow me to utilize and further develop my expertise in the Organizational Psychology field. My priority is to work in the environment that will challenge me. I have a great foundation to fill out position in Human Resource, Organizational Development or Marketing.

I suspect you will find very few candidates with a background such as mine. Besides my education in Law and graduate degree in Organizational/Industrial Psychology, I have a record of working with people from different backgrounds in various environments, which made me a very skillful and effective team member.

I completed my internship in Human Resources with IT company where I participated in transition from outsourced to in-house HR, reviewing, updating and implementing procedures for all aspects of Human Resource. My MA thesis, inspired by this experience, concernedinnovative recruitment strategies. I worked part time as a consultant assistant for an international recruitment and legal counseling agency preparing documentation for Department Of Labor and USCIS.Therefore, I am fluent in legal components of employment and all the applying regulations. Currently I work full time for Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare providing group counseling to the population with chronic schizophrenia and various personality and mood disorders, though I am looking forward to devote full time to my primary specialization which is Organizational Psychology even at an entry level position or internship.

I have passion for what I do and I am a hard worker. I am a very straightforward person but also an effective mediator.  My experience with recruitment made me an expert on selecting strong team members for various assignments. In addition to capabilities in those areas I look forward to participating in other interesting projects that would require knowledge of organizational psychology and application of statistical methods.

Overall, I am looking for a position that would allow me to utilize my skills for the benefit of your company and I am very enthusiastic about obtaining full time position in my field.
