Hisham Elhashmy

Technical & Design Manager

executive Summary

Technical & Design Manager / Architect user centered design specialist with over 16 years of experience focused on whole project life-cycle from design research, concept design (design thinking), and execution. Experience and expertise in a wide range of projects.
As an architect. I realized that Architecture is not only about designing and constructing buildings. Architecture implies to have the capability to work in multiple tasks with different systems in parallel, creating different experiences. So I adopted new definitions like 'a unifying or coherent form or structure" or “the complex or carefully designed structure of something"
Starting from this premise I decided to search the tools to be able to manage those architectural components in a better way. And that is Design Management, the knowledge that allows to use design as a strategic tool, aiming to create new and better products, services and business models. A shift from the architectural thinking and the aesthetics to design thinking, management and innovation.
