Recommendation

In my role of Chief of Staff at Auburn University I often chair division-wide task forces or committees to handle high-level, complex problems and situations. Many of these require participants who are intelligent, determined, proactive, and hardworking. I have the option to select any staff member in the Division of Student Affairs, but I consistently choose to work with Ryan Todd. As you choose a new staff member in your department, I highly recommend him.

Ryan is a rare, multi-faceted staff member that has many, and varied skillsets. He has superb interpersonal skills and communicates easily with both students and staff members. He has an understanding of business and marketing principles from his experience working after earning his bachelor’s degree. He also has a maturity and critical thinking skills that are not often found in junior staff members.
