Hired as a Sr System consultant(windows) in G-Cloud Project following initial role to manage and maintain a 1200+ windows  server environment ensuring 99.9% or better uptime since last 4.5 years and worked for many different government agencies like ICMS, MOM, ICA, CAAS,MCCY,PA,NAC,MLAW,NEA,SGC with following job responsibilities.  

  • Support G-Cloud Project Incidents, Service Request, Alert Monitoring and Escalation, Daily Operations on 24x7 to meet the SLA with quality and customer satisfaction 
  • Prepare Tenant Monthly Report, Log Review, Account Review.
  • Support on boarding projects and/or tasks allocated
  • Check and Ensure that all the Daily Backup for Servers is Successfully Run as configured in the Backup Schedule
  • Perform Windows OS Patching of Windows 2008,Windows 2012
  • Update Antivirus. Check Health Check of All Servers Like check Active Alerts, Critical Alerts.
  • Server Availability, Event Analysis, Memory Performance, Paging File Performance, Physical Disk Performance.
  • Managing Windows 2012/2008 , Active directory, OS hardening, Back up & Restore, IIS, SSL configuration.
  • coordinate with Network team for incident related to Network ,Firewall, Load balancer.
  • Perform OS Hardening.
