• Ensuring all hardware operates at its optimum level.
• Managing users, GPOs, security groups and application groups via Active Directory
• Identifying and solving IT problems and logging them into the relevant databases
• Installing and configuring new hardware such as Computers, Laptops, IPhones and Printers.
• Installing software and Operating Systems such as Windows7/10 and ensuring all computers were fully operational.
• Migrating data from an old machine to a new machine.
• Providing solutions and technical guidance to clients facing technical issues and difficulties.
• Diagnosing, Troubleshooting and resolving incidents passed over by 1st line or escalating to 3rd line to work within the SLA
• Providing one-to-one support to users on site
• Managing my time to work according to the scheduled plan.
