Desktop Support Analyst
Providing 1st line technical support queries via phone and emails.
- Using Remote Control software tools to provide fault resolution Diagnosis.
- Recording & implementing action of faults on PC's, Server and Laptops.
- Escalating and identify critical issues.
- Carry out user Administration and setup.
- Determine nature of faults and steps require to rectify it.
- Perform routine backup of files to assist with disaster recovery.
- working with Windows Server and Applications.
- Creating & Administrating Microsoft Exchange account.
- Creating supporting Application login ID's and granting permissions (Micros Symphony, Opera, Concept etc. )
- Following Procedures /Checklist, updating support documentation and maintaining Help Desk policies and procedures.
