vWorking on hardcore IT vertical.
vAs a resource consultant, I am involved in the full recruitment cycle for all level positions, through cross-functional teams.
vConducting searches through Headhunting, networking sites, different portals, references and database.
vSolely responsible for Account Management.
vRequirement gathering, and understanding the requirement if required, thorughtele-conferencing with the Technical Panel.
vManage recruiting function including searches for candidates, phone screening, setting interviews, establishing cordial relationships with candidates and clients.
vAnalysing requirements and interaction with key clients.
vFollow up with the candidates, till they join and maintain cordial relations even after, for future prospects.
vInteracting with clients for taking feedback and interview schedules and for generating the business, further.
vKnowing the requirements, posting it on the websites and finding the suitable match.
vHandling Recruitments across all levels viz. junior level, middle level, senior level, team leaders, project leaders and project managers, Product managers, Development managers..
vDeveloping and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate & future requirements.
vMaintaining daily, weekly & monthly reports.
·Did Co-ordination with HR’s from the client’s side.
·Majorly worked on Telecom vertical.
·Utilize various recruitment methods to source niche Technology.
·Headhunting, and getting the references from the candidates and building up network.
·Sourcing – through Headhunting, Different Portals, Networking Sites, and References.
