*Filing, mail, recording and depositing all checks
*Create and forward invoices to clients
*Check on payment statuses for AR Reports
*Keep all breakroom, conference, and training rooms stocked.
*Arrange catering orders of 20-45 people at least 3 times per month.
*Monthly reconciliations for employee health benefits, company AMEX cards, and bi-weekly employee expense reports.
*Research/Place orders for furniture, stationery, company awards, and employee incentives.
*File all renewals for business licenses and county registrations.
*Maintain tax forms for 5 states and transitioning tax and labor forms for VersionOne when switching from LLC to INC.
*Process all credit card, wire, and ACH transactions.
*Assist with Register, a hosting website uniquely keyed for each client.
*Maintain records and invoices in salesforce.com
