Controlling  Active directory users and computers environment for more than 150 users. Installed, operated, and maintained active directory environment and other technologies, such as communication systems. Assisted the help desk, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems.   • Responsible for the IT related tasks and reporting responsibilities for the Alternative Livelihoods Program South, ALP/S. Worked Closely with the IT Manager and other IT staff to provide high quality IT services to the computer users of Alternative Livelihoods Program South and to ensure that the computer network works efficiently for staff and faculty.   The ITA has the authority and the obligation to question on any activity that does not appear to be in accordance with company or ALPS policy, guidelines or standards and refer the IT Manager or appropriate management staff member.
