I am passionate about leading and seeing others success. Throughout my life and career I have lead my family, my sports teams and professionals at work. I am charismatic, passionate, and competitive and in summary, like to win. I believe I am a good fit for the position as I have been working along side this team and have gained respect and focus from the team, in every aspect of my job role. My professional skills will allow me to take the Rockies team to another level, at the same time building my own culture, which would be the most gratifying goal.
