I have twelve years experience in the telecommunications industry, 7 of which have been leading teams of 10 to 28. I managed Sprint Nextel's switch and field operations in the South Florida market. I also managed Sprint’s International presence at the Network Access Point (NAP) at Terremark. I have managed many special projects in areas of expansions, upgrades, new technology and software deployments, site acquisition and deployments. I have lead successful strategic initiatives that have changed the way the Field Operations teams operate.
