I am interested in pursing a career focused in the internal organization of the structure and human resources of a company, so as to ensure the successful implementation of its corporate strategy. I am a Human Resources and Strategy professional with 2,5 years of experience in consulting firms, being involved in several projects for the banking, high-tech, energy, public administration, cosmetics, consumption goods and pharmaceutical sectors.

Throughout my professional experience, I have demonstrated strong orientation towards results, flexibility and teamwork competencies. I proactively look for the solutions that best fit my client’s needs (either internal or external clients).
