Technical Writer "Training program"

Henk Jan developed a unique Information and Training Program for Project –Program management and Lean module (ICT). However, a good Project – program manager should be able to overview the entire process within ICT, Henk Jan created this program to educate young project – program managers for the future and to have a better understanding about the differences between Prince2, Ipma, Togaf and Itil and a thorough understanding of business and organizational practices Its unique multi-disciplinary approach makes the institute an attractive partner in collaborative research projects. Henk Jan maintains an extensive international network of contacts and working relations with academia and industry. This network includes ICT and manufacturing companies; universities and research institutes, health care organizations, financial institutes, governmental organizations, and logistics service providers. CTIT participates in a number of Dutch research schools and also has links with a large number of high-tech start-up companies in the Twente region. Companies today rely increasingly on skills in business psychology. That’s why it is so important for business people to familiarise themselves with fundamental psychological concepts. This know-how is applicable not only in the areas of staffing and training, but is also a necessary tool for successfully leading people through processes of development and change. Among these are the basic psychological concepts behind learning – necessary for tutorials and training – as well as competencies for coaching and counselling. Business psychology revolves ultimately around communication within a business, as well as employee motivation and effective company leadership.
