PR Coordinator / Asst in Sales & Marketing
I maintain all social media for the hotel including Twitter, Facebook, and the Hilton Anaheim Blog as well as an internal blog for Hilton Anaheim team members.
Other duties include PR reports, set up accomodations for VIP's and travel writers, gift certificates, weekly schedule for reception coverage, purchase orders, inventory, payroll, design flyers, PowerPoint presentations, update websites, service recovery, respond to trip advisor, organize manager's end-of trimester bookings and calculate incentives, handle/assign leads, weekly schedule for lead coordinators, fulfill donation requests, handle PR related inquiries and meetings.
Report to Director of Sales & Marketing and Regional Director of Communications (Public Relations) I am extremely organized and get things done as they are handed to me. I love working with and meeting new people.
