Make organizations grow by making people grow. That is what I do best by using my expertise on how people can learn and grow and how organizations can improve. With my cheerful attitude and independent way of thinking I can both connect to people and yet keep my distinct approach.

 I am eager to work on developing organizations in a vibrant environment in which new ideas and solutions are essential. Because to me finding creative solutions are moments that make my day!

Help people to help themselves

  • Main job: help 500+ clients quickly improve their knowledge, insights and practical skills to overcome complex social problems and crisis situations. I do this through coaching, training and system-oriented counselling with individual clients, families and groups of clients.
  • Develop new methods: in 2015 I developed a new social skills course which specifically uses digital media, like online tests and information and digital communication between clients and between clients and trainers to maximize the effect of the course.
  • Participate in weekly multidisciplinary meetings to discuss cases. My added value: focus on creating practical solutions through quick thourough analysis.
  • Improve relations with regional partners like municipalities, welfare organizations and community centres through project meetings, theme conferences and network sessions.
  • Collegues and clients appreciate my broad view, methodically throrough approach and focus on finding creative solutions.

Build a stronger Vivenz

Main job: anticipate on essential developments which concern Vivenz and create with professionals, managers and president new ideas and solutions that are good for both employees, Vivenz and our clients. I lead the council's monthly meetings by focussing on participation of all the members and giving room to unconventional ideas.

Reorganization 2014: as chairman I pioneered during this first reorganization in many years. I helped to make it a success by investing in clear communication and good internal relations and by negotiating over a broadly supported social plan. A good balance between empolyee's interests and organizational interests was key to my approach.

Increase social acceptance of LGBT

Lead workshops on sexual diversity with 500+ secondary school students. By using an open direct style I motivate students to freely discuss and think about different views on this sensitive subject.
