Responsibilities include planning and executing channel-specific customer related trade promotions. • Assist distribution team to generate revenue through proper visibility and branding at retail end. • Develop & monitor the national campaign execution plan to achieve company vision • Increase the visibility of company’s products & brands in-store through effective merchandising units and concepts and in-store advertising. • Advise and closely co-ordinate between marketing team in planning any customer driven activity. • Co-ordinate and plan accordingly the operation of Banglalink appointed team of merchandisers. • Assist the regional teams by providing market feedback during the market visits in taking corrective measures and decision making. • Manage the vendors to ensure quality execution of rolling out of projects and branding activities. • Guide and instruct promotion and store signage agencies in executing plans and developing materials. • Provide necessary information to the central team on competitors’ trade activity. • Ensure timely submission and clearance of Vendor Payments. • Organizing training programs, modules etc. for the trade marketing field force (TMO) on a regular basis. • Plan, align and monitor trade-marketing budgets.
