  • Managed 20 to 50 volunteers for all church programming and made sure that Safe Sanctuary rules were followed to ensure safety of children and the volunteers.
  • Revitalized the mid-week children’s ministry, Kids Rock - doubling the size of the group in two years.
  • Authored some of the curriculum for the Kids Rock program.
