Directed global marketing team of 7 Product Managers with dotted line responsibility for 5 Regional Marketing Directors in India, China, Brazil, Europe and North America. Expanded business presence into adjacent $40B wind turbines market. Attained sustainable double digit growth in Asia and Middle East. Created and launched one of the first wireless condition monitoring systems for turbines, compressors and generators. Reinvigorated the go-to-market strategy for Service business. Created one of the first Customer Advisory Boards in GE Energy, as well as deployed the online GE Bently Nevada Users Forum.
