Drive disruptive innovation, geographic growth and penetration of new vertical markets. Entered new industrial equipment market and grew sales by 60% in Year One. Expanded market penetration into China and India creating a port of entry to the Asian market. Merged, led and aligned complimentary marketing efforts and value proposition following acquisition of 3 distinct hi-tech industrial businesses ($1.2B in combined annual sales).  Directed global marketing team of 7 Product Managers with dotted line responsibility for 5 Regional Marketing Directors in India, China, Brazil, Europe and North America.  Expanded business presence into adjacent $40B wind turbines market. Attained sustainable double digit growth in Asia and Middle East. Created and launched one of the first wireless condition monitoring systems for turbines, compressors and generators. Reinvigorated the go-to-market strategy for Service business. Created one of the first Customer Advisory Boards in GE Energy, as well as deployed the online GE Bently Nevada Users Forum.
