This included budget, staffing, procurement, standards, support, system landscapes, and Internet domains for all offices and remote staff.

  • Reduced annual expenditures of approximately USD 140,000 by almost USD 60,000 while increasing system reliability and levels of service through restructuring staff, eliminating waste, vendor re-evaluation, and process redesign.

  • Initiated and chaired weekly global management team meeting to discuss firm strategy and issues. These meetings improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire team through better communication, task allocation, and increased accountability.

  • Integrated separate regional networks, IT staffs, and disparate systems to improve issue response times, hardware usage efficiency, and system performance.

  • Managed global team of web/software developers to develop and sell products to current clients and other consumers. This included evaluating potential projects, pricing, work estimation, managing team workloads, and staffing.

  • Managed team to reinvent the overall firm’s marketing image and website. This included creating a consistent global image and materials. This also involved overall firm restructuring.

  • Managed project team consisting of five consultants and an off-shore technical team for a global non-profit organization operating in more than 30 countries. The project was based in the European Union. Responsibilities included managing project budget, staffing, logistics, acquisition of work visas, and working with team to resolve SAP v4.5B HR, FM, and Payroll issues.

  • Configured time management, time evaluation, CATS, payroll, payroll posting, tax reporter, personnel administration, recruitment, travel expenses, funds management, finance, and controlling in multiple versions of SAP for numerous companies in a variety of different industries.
