I believe every student should have the right to learn and grow mentally and physically. Learners should be open to new ways of thinking and be willing to participate in their own learning. I will create a safe and open environment in the classroom where each student is equally valued and appreciated.
It is important to consider that students learn in many different ways, thus I will use a variety of differentiated instruction to help student's individual growth and development.
