I was responsible for checking in patients, explaining and having them sign all needed paperwork for their pending procedures, I explained their insurance benefits, obtained all needed documents for the patients medical chart, answered incoming calls to the surgery center, data entry into the computer. I was also responsible for putting together patient's medical charts and then filing the charts once they had been audited.

VOLUNTEER WORK

I have work with several charities while attending school, with my former Girl Scout troop working closely with St. Louis Charity Group. During high school I volunteered working with a homeless ministry and several mission trips. My volunteer experience includes, feeding the homeless, small home repair such as painting, yard work, cleaning homes after hurricane Katrina, working with children and caring for them, holding vacation bible schools for inner city children, and other mission trip oriented tasks. 

OBJECTIVE 

To obtain an entry level position in a well established business, using the skills I already posses and to have a chance for advancement within the company, if possible. Fast learner with great problem solving skills that will be an asset to your company. Never give up attitude.
