Built and currently lead a team of 10 event professionals, along with dozens of contract planners and vendors. Developed and manage portfolio of over 250 North American events annually, supporting key sales initiatives and reporting into VP, Sales. Responsible for all live customer training, user conferences, employee and industry events, ranging from 10 to 3,000 attendees. Developed and manage annual events operating plan. Identify, implement and support registration platforms to process more than 30K transactions annually. Designed and oversee event marketing campaigns, including all communications to customer. Speaker management. Direct oversight of an annual spend in excess of $14M.

Created experiences for conferences, incentives, and meetings for high tech, automotive, medical/dental and telecommunications clients. Clients included Genesys Telecommunications, Align Technology, Freightliner, Kyocera, Siebel Foundation, and Oracle. Developed and led operations, registration, and on-site teams, working directly for president/owner. Grew company more than 200% in four years. One World sold to BCD Travel in 2009.
