Understanding of serving as an organization's primary point of contact for executive and business unit leader hiring. Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Knowledge of managing the Talent Acquisition Portfolio to include the prioritization and talent scout assignment of key positions, talent sourcing challenges, opportunities, and strategic plans to achieve hiring manager's objectives. Detail oriented, self motivated and have ability to focus on complex and repetitive tasks in a fast paced corporate environment.
