CSA / Fines Administrator - Safety Analyst
Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and reporting procedures. Responsible for participating in the design of company wide programs to reduce commercial motor vehicle crashes, injuries and maintaining company’s compliance with all government regulatory agencies, evaluating procedures to identify and prevent unsafe conditions in the workplace, tracking safety and compliance related files and data for reporting to management.
Required to instruct/ attend safety meetings, seminars and driver functions. Ensures all safety manuals, programs, policies and practices are current. Reviewing driver compliance and qualifications. Making sure we hire drivers that are not only ready and willing to work, but physically capable of doing so and meeting all DOT requirements. Communicate, support and assist management regarding all matters of compliance and safety and create detailed monthly CSA reports for upper management.
Oversee all fines and tickets obtained by drivers on a daily basis. Present monthly and quarterly fine reports in detail for what is driving the fines and the cost spent.
