Thanks again for the Social Media workshop you and your fellow students gave for the Alzheimer Society of Ontario. We asked you to go beyond the basics and act as "consultants," advising us on best practices, how we could improve on the social media tools we already use, how to evaluate and what we could do next.

Event Management

Alcohol Awareness 2011 was a huge success. My colleagues and I collaborated cross-functionally between committees to put forth a flawless event for our client Maggie Hobbs. As food and beverage coodinator, I overcame crisis when our mocktail bartender cancelled within one week of the event. I created all mocktails to ensure the day went smoothly. I learned how important every detail is to run an event to satisfy the client.
